• Hands-on experience in

  lead generation, client onboarding, pricing, and closure

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  target-driven, strategic, and client-focused

• Ability to understand regulatory frameworks and deliver value-based consultation

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales of domestic certification services (BIS, ISI, WPC, TEC, ISO, etc.)
• Generate high-quality B2B leads through outreach, networking & industry connects
• Meet with manufacturers, exporters, and consultants to understand their certification needs
• Convert inquiries into paying clients through solution selling and proposal presentations

Client Management

• Act as the point of contact for client queries, certification updates, and project coordination
• Follow up on documentation, payments, and technical status regularly
• Maintain client relationship post-certification for renewals or additional services

Market Research & Industry Engagement

• Stay updated on Indian certification norms, BIS circulars, and regulatory changes
• Attend industry expos, compliance workshops, or government seminars to build networks
• Create awareness about new mandatory certification updates among clients

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with documentation, operations, and technical teams for timely certification delivery
• Ensure accurate data logging and report updates in CRM or internal trackers
• Report project progress and client communication status to management
