Role & responsibilities

  1. Use outreach, networking, and research to find and seize new business prospects.
  2. Establish and preserve a solid rapport with both current and prospective customers.
  3. Create and present clients with specialized recruitment solutions.
  4. Achieve or surpass sales goals and help the business increase its income.
  5. Keep abreast of market circumstances, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  6. Work together with the hiring team to guarantee smooth service delivery.
  7. Give the team input on the state of the market, customer demands, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment.
  2. Strong understanding of the recruitment industry (desirable).
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
