Job Description: As a Sales Representative at Corpseed ITES Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve serving clients by selling our services and meeting their specific needs. You will be required to focus your sales efforts by studying BIS Verticals to ensure effective targeting of potential customers. Additionally, you will need to present, promote, and sell our services using compelling arguments to both existing and prospective clients. One of your key responsibilities will be to perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers in order to tailor our services to meet their requirements effectively. Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships will be crucial in this role, as well as expediting the resolution of any customer problems or complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction. To excel in this position, you must strive to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule. Collaboration with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts will also be essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong skills in customer service, meeting sales goals, closing deals, prospecting, negotiation, self-confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills, client relationship management, and motivation for sales.
