Sr Business Development Analyst

The Senior Business Development Analyst plays a key role in identifying growth opportunities, analysing market trends, supporting proposal development, driving sales intelligence, and maintaining CRM data while enabling data-backed decision making within the business development function. The role involves close collaboration with leadership, BD team members, marketing teams, and delivery units to strengthen the company’s presence across target markets and industry segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Analyse CRM data and maintain data accuracy.
• Track leads, pipeline status, and BD performance.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for decision making.
• Support proposal creation and bid documentation.
• Analyse client requirements, pricing models, and profitability.
• Assist BD team with follow-ups and client engagement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Improve BD workflows and contribute to strategic initiatives.
