Sr Business Development Analyst

As a Senior Business Development Analyst at our company, your role is crucial in identifying growth opportunities, analysing market trends, supporting proposal development, driving sales intelligence, and maintaining CRM data. You will enable data-backed decision making within the business development function by closely collaborating with leadership, BD team members, marketing teams, and delivery units to strengthen our presence across target markets and industry segments. - Conduct market and competitor research to stay abreast of industry trends. - Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends. - Analyse CRM data to ensure accuracy and relevance for decision making. - Track leads, pipeline status, and BD performance metrics. - Prepare dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to support decision making. - Support proposal creation and bid documentation processes. - Analyse client requirements, pricing models, and profitability metrics. - Assist the BD team with follow-ups and client engagement activities. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks. - Improve BD workflows and contribute to strategic initiatives for business growth.
