Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business needs and innovative technological solutions, taking ownership of the entire process.
• Spearhead product development initiatives at an enterprise level, aligning projects with client expectations and industry best practices.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with USA-based customers and accounts, showcasing cultural understanding and fostering effective communication.
• Drive the development and maintenance of detailed documentation of business requirements, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement advanced feedback strategies for clients, ensuring continuous improvement and optimizing client satisfaction.
• Translate intricate problem statements into practical and innovative technology solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of technological feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure a seamless transition from business requirements to technically sound implementations.

• Proven track record in a Senior Business Analyst role, particularly in leading product development initiatives at an enterprise level.
• Extensive hands-on experience working with USA-based customers and accounts, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of the local market and effective communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced best practices for documentation, requirement gathering, and feedback strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable plans.
