Sr. Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with 7–10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a solid understanding of business processes, and hands-on experience in Agile environments. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, documenting processes, creating user stories, prototyping solutions, and ensuring successful delivery through thorough testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements.

Translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

Create wireframes, mockups, or prototypes to illustrate proposed solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, development, QA) in Agile/Scrum environments.

Prepare and maintain business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and user manuals.

Define and execute test scenarios and UAT cases to validate solutions.

Track project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and propose actionable mitigation strategies.

Proficiency in prototyping tools like Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, or similar.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
