Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with business stakeholders via one-to-one interactions, workshops, and solution demos to capture, validate, and prioritise business requirements.


• Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes, systems, and data flows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.


• Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment of goals, deliverables, and solution design.


• Interpret business data to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.


• Collaborate with architects and developers to shape solutions that meet both business needs and strategic objectives.


• Lead the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case design and stakeholder sign-off.


• Create high-quality documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, and training guides tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.


• Contribute to project planning and monitoring activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and measurable outcomes.


• Recommend enhancements to business processes and systems, incorporating stakeholder feedback, operational data, and industry best practices

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Manufacturing, SCM, or CPG domains.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple geographies.


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business impact.


• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.


• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.


• Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural teams and navigating complex stakeholder environment.
