Business Analysts connect business teams, product teams, and engineers. They don’t just gather requirements — they shape them. The role involves understanding customer needs, mapping business processes, and ensuring solutions deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand and document requirements.

Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.

Collaborate with teams in Agile/iterative delivery.

Ensure solutions provide measurable business and customer value.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software/tech/digital products.

Strong skills in requirement gathering and documentation.

Experience in Agile ways of working.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in large-scale projects (cloud, headless, composable systems).

Familiarity with tools for backlog management, documentation, and collaboration.

Understanding of design systems and working with UX/UI teams.

Experience in facilitating workshops and prioritization sessions.

Ability to model business processes and map them to technical solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
