Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services
Location: Indore (On-site)
Experience: 2+ Years
Industry: Information Technology/Software Services

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and confident Business Development Executive with a strong background in online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar, and experience in staff augmentation and IT service sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through various online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify, generate, and close business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
● Write compelling project proposals, bids, and cover letters tailored to client needs.● Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline for IT services and staff augmentation solutions.● Communicate with international clients (primarily US & UK) to understand project requirements.● Collaborate with internal teams (technical, HR, and delivery) to craft tailored solutions and proposals.● Maintain and grow existing client relationships; ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.● Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets.● Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in IT business development with a focus on online bidding and staff augmentation.
● Proven experience in working with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, etc.● Strong understanding of software development services, IT outsourcing, and resource augmentation.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.● Ability to write effective proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently.● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

● Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
● Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.● Understanding of technical concepts and ability to coordinate with development teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
