Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ingenium - S-Steps Ingenium - P-Steps and Ingenium - Flow Files. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance Agency Management and Finance & Accounting is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Ingenium

S-Steps Ingenium

P-Steps and Ingenium

Flow Files.

Oversee the design and architecture of software systems to ensure they meet business requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical solutions.

Participate in project planning and estimation to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.

Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technical processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Ingenium

S-Steps Ingenium

P-Steps and Ingenium

Flow Files.

Have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance Agency Management and Finance & Accounting is a plus.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Show proficiency in project planning and estimation to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.

Have the ability to mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in technical solutions.

Be proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.

Show a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

Exhibit the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
