As the Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Core Insurance (Individual and Group) business requirements across various projects. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring clear understanding and proper documentation of business requirements by the BSAs team in the Functional Requirements Document. Coordinating system development efforts with the Technical Design and Development Team to ensure delivery as per the project plan.
