Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on B2C lead generation. Manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and CPA targets are met. Develop strategies to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging. Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest platform updates, industry trends, and best practices. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a focus on B2C lead generation. Proficiency in running campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn. Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign dashboards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
