Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of plant administration, including canteen management, housekeeping management, pantry services, vehicle management, transport management, gardening, security management, and facility administration.
  • Ensure smooth running of facilities at the plant location by coordinating with various departments and vendors.
  • Oversee maintenance activities such as breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and capital expenditure (capex) planning.
  • Develop and implement policies for plant administration to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management on operational matters related to plant operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years' experience in plant administration or a similar role in an industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of canteen management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and SAP .
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
