Sr. Area Sales Manager

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Infi Window System, you will be responsible for maintaining a high-performing sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. You will manage the output of the sales team, establish monthly and yearly sales objectives, and ensure job results from sales staff through counseling, monitoring, and appraising them. Your role will involve identifying and approaching Door & Window fabricators to expand the customer base and increase sales. You will follow up with clients on submitted offers, negotiate, and close orders in line with company policies. Organizing conferences and sales events for architects, interior designers, and builders to generate leads and create business opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via email, contacting prospective customers, discussing their requirements, arranging sales visits, giving product demonstrations, and identifying customer requirements will be crucial aspects of your job. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales and business development within the building material industry. Excellent skills in negotiation, motivating sales staff, building relationships, coaching, market knowledge, and managing processes are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships, ability to strategize and identify new business opportunities, and understanding of retail and project-based sales processes are also required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and a quarterly bonus structure. Fluency in English is required, and the work location is in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is also necessary.
