Role Overview: You will be functioning as an individual contributor in the Financial Planning & Analysis Team in Pune. Your main responsibility will be to work collaboratively with Finance, Accounting, Business Operations, and Senior Management across various sites and divisions. You will oversee and execute processes required to plan, record, analyze, and report on the financial conditions of the Division. Additionally, you will be involved in the development of senior management presentations to provide enhanced data-driven insights into the finance function. Your role will also involve supporting plant & division in routine financial analysis & reporting as needed, including planned and ad-hoc projects. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Prepare and present monthly financial results, forecasts, and strategic commentary using advanced analytics. - Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Develop scenario-based financial models to support monthly forecasting and annual profit plan, and use predictive analytics to improve decision-making. - Operational Performance Analytics: Analyze key business metrics using statistical models, forecasting, and cloud-based dashboards. - Leverage Cloud & BI Tools: Utilize Power BI, SQL, and cloud-based financial systems to create real-time financial dashboards and automate reporting. - Financial Data Application and Insights: Work with large datasets across multiple platforms to enable self-service analytics for business leaders. - Data Modeling & Visualization: Build predictive models and data visualization frameworks to support strategic finance initiatives. - Collaboration with Digital Finance: Work closely with the Digital Finance and Innovation team to apply structured financial datasets and analytical solutions to FP&A processes, ensuring business impact. Qualifications: - Master in Business Administration- Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics Graduate with core-finance experience. - Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA. Please note that the skills and experience required for this role are as follows: - 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred. - Experience working on tools like OBIEE, SAP, PowerBI Development & SQL. - Working Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools SAP, Oracle, ENCORE, RADAR, DFT. - Excellent Analytical skills to interpret Financial data. - Good organizational and time management skills, strong analytical skills, and the inter-personal skills to interact with all levels of management. - Working knowledge and implementation of Process Improvement tools and methodologies across businesses. - Demonstrate the capability to build and maintain productive relationships at all levels with key internal clients including business, operations, and colleagues. - Highly motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills.
