Job Description

Prepare pitch books and company profiles for clients.
Conduct industry studies and generate reports on market trends.
Analyze trading comps and precedent transactions to inform deal strategies.
Develop valuation models to assess potential deals.
Create company-focused discussion documents to facilitate client communication.
Build and analyze different business and financial models to identify opportunities.

Job Requirements

MBA Finance from a reputed college or Qualified CA.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Experience in conducting open-ended secondary research to garner industry insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
