Sr. Analyst - Associate Relations

As a Senior Analyst in Associate Relations, you will be a trusted advisor, managing complex AR cases, shaping policies, and enhancing the associate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert in Associate Relations, ensuring seamless experiences for associates and leaders. - Independently handle mid-to-complex AR cases, such as grievance redressals and disciplinary actions, working with Legal when necessary. - Advise HRBPs and CoEs on associate life cycle interventions, policies, and organizational culture. - Counsel leaders and associates on HR practices, balancing empathy with business needs and compliance. - Identify process gaps, recommend automation opportunities, and implement scalable SOPs to drive efficiency. - Design frameworks and success measures for critical AR activities, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals. - Analyze and interpret associate data to provide actionable insights to leadership. - Proactively identify emerging associate needs and innovate processes to expand the scope of AR. - Coach and support Analysts within the team, enhancing AR capability and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Associate Relations/HR Generalist role, with a track record of handling complex employee relations issues. - Bachelor's degree and postgraduate in Human Resources or equivalent certification in Employee/Industrial Relations.
