Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our innovation-driven team at ChicMic Studios. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and backend development with proven experience in computer vision, transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and agentic AI solutions. This role will involve building and scaling advanced AI systems, deploying applications on AWS, and contributing to cutting-edge projects in NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale AI-powered applications using Python, Django, and Flask.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework (DRF).
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation).
• Develop, train, and fine-tune ML/DL models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
• Work extensively with transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, etc.) for NLP tasks and LLM fine-tuning.
• Implement and optimize computer vision models (CNN, RNN, detection, segmentation, classification).
• Research, experiment, and apply diffusion models and image generation techniques.
• Explore and implement agentic AI solutions to solve complex problems with autonomy.
• Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, pruning, and quantization.
• Deploy ML models into production using TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, and AWS SageMaker.
• Ensure high scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI/ML, generative AI, MLOps, and applied research.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem.
• Hands-on expertise with Django, Flask, DRF.
• Proven experience in computer vision projects (image classification, detection, OCR, segmentation).
• Deep understanding of transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and agentic AI.
• Experience in LLM fine-tuning, image generation, and diffusion models.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Solid understanding of AWS services for deployment and scaling AI workloads.
• Experience with MLOps practices for end-to-end ML lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with security best practices for production AI applications.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and debugging expertise.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
