Required exp: 3–5+ Years Experience

Location: Mohali, Punjab | Domain: AI/ML | Mode: WFO / WFH

ChicMic Studios is looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Python, Django/Flask, AWS, and modern machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and transformers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build scalable web apps using Django & Flask

- Design APIs using Django Rest Framework (DRF)

- Deploy apps on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)

- Integrate and serve AI/ML models (NLP, vision, transformers)

- Use TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn for model development

- Work with transformer models like BERT/GPT for NLP tasks

- Optimize models (quantization, pruning, hyperparameter tuning)

- Deploy using TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving, AWS SageMaker

- Collaborate across teams and ensure app & model scalability

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of professional Python development experience

- Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, DRF

- Experience with AWS services for deployment

- Deep understanding of ML concepts and hands-on with PyTorch/TensorFlow

- Worked with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

- Exposure to MLOps practices is a big plus

- Bonus: Familiar with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS)

- Strong team player with problem-solving and communication skills
