AI/ML Engineer

What You Need for this Position:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in machine learning, data science, or AI roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and fine-tune algorithms.
• Deploy machine learning models to production and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Document model development processes and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
