Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative activities of the plant including office operations and documentation
  • Maintain records related to manpower attendance, leave, shift schedules, and overtime
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment support, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Handle vendor coordination for housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and maintenance services
  • Maintain purchase requests, admin-related expenses, bills, and vendor payments
  • Ensure availability and control of office stationery, consumables, and plant utilities
  • Support statutory and compliance documentation (Factory Act, labor laws, audits, inspections)
  • Coordinate with Production, QC, Stores, and Maintenance teams for administrative support
  • Manage visitor entry, gate passes, and plant security records
  • Assist in organizing meetings, training programs, and internal audits
  • Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) of plant administrative records
  • Support EHS initiatives by maintaining safety records and training documentation

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of plant administration and factory operations
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good record-keeping and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (BA / B.Com / BBA preferred)
  • Diploma or certification in Administration or HR is an added advantage

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in plant or factory administration
  • Experience in herbal, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or FMCG manufacturing will be preferred

Work Environment

  • Herbal Extract Manufacturing Unit
  • Plant-based role with coordination across departments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
