Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records and files (e.g., invoices, receipts, payments). Ensure accurate data entry of financial transactions. Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements. Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments from clients/customers. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Handle deposits, withdrawals, and maintain bank statements. Record journal entries and ensure proper ledger classification. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare and file tax returns (GST & TDS,) on time. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and audit requirements. Assist auditors with documentation and respond to audit queries. Process monthly payroll and maintain employee payroll records. Ensure compliance with payroll-related statutory deductions.
