Sr. Account Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with expertise in Zoho Books and a strong background in team leadership. The ideal candidate will have CA Inter qualification (preferred) and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Manage and streamline accounting processes using Zoho Books and other financial tools. Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring timely execution of financial tasks. Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with Indian tax laws. Generate financial statements, MIS reports, and budget forecasts for management review. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions. Optimize workflow efficiency and implement best accounting practices. Key Requirements: CA Inter qualification preferred (MBA Finance / M.Com can also apply). 7+ years of experience in accounting and financial management. Strong knowledge of Zoho Books and other accounting software. Proven experience in leading an accounting team and handling multiple projects. Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
