Job Title: Senior Account Manager Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: Director Qualification: MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: 09–15 Years in Accounting, Taxation, and MIS Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to lead and manage all core finance operations including finalization of accounts, deep technical oversight of TDS and GST compliance, MIS reporting, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will bring practical, scenario-based problem-solving skills and ensure financial integrity across the organization. Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finalization: · Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts . · Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards and internal controls. · Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable , reconciliations, and ledger accuracy. Taxation (TDS & GST): · In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on execution of TDS return filings, reconciliations (26AS), and deduction compliance. · Ensure timely GST return filing , reconciliation (GSTR 2A/2B, GSTR-1 & 3B), and addressing notices and queries. · Stay updated on evolving tax laws and implications on business. MIS Reporting: · Prepare and review daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports for management decision-making. · Develop custom MIS dashboards for cost analysis, budget vs actual, collection tracking, and variance analysis. · Identify gaps or inefficiencies through MIS insights and recommend improvements. Vendor Management: · Handle vendor payment cycles, resolve disputes, and manage documentation. · Ensure compliance with vendor agreements, taxation terms, and accounting accuracy. · Negotiate better credit terms and analyze vendor-related costs through MIS. Problem-Solving & Decision Support: · Provide scenario-based analysis to senior leadership for financial decision-making. · Troubleshoot real-time accounting and compliance challenges with timely, practical solutions. · Support internal and external audits and manage documentation for scrutiny.
