Location: Ram Nagar, Haryana

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a similar production supervisory role (wire rope/lifting solutions same industry experience mandatory)

Job Overview:

The Production Incharge will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient and timely production, optimum resource utilization, and adherence to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate must possess strong operational expertise in handling production lines and leading factory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· - Plan, schedule, and supervise production activities to meet daily and monthly targets

· - Oversee manpower deployment, raw material usage, and equipment utilization to ensure optimal productivity

· - Monitor machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues in coordination with maintenance teams

· - Implement lean manufacturing practices and promote workplace safety standards

· - Maintain coordination with Quality, Stores, and Procurement departments for smooth operations

· - Ensure documentation of daily production reports, shift records, and production KPIs

Key Skills and Competencies:

· - Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations

· - Strong leadership and team supervision abilities

· - Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality control standards

· - Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

· - Computer literacy with reporting tools and ERP systems preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
