Job Title: Mechanical / Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring production processes.
• Support day-to-day operations in molding, finishing, and inspection areas.
• Work with senior engineers to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and production-related issues.
• Coordinate with different departments (QC, Maintenance, Stores) for smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and machinery.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
