Job Description

Job Title: Mechanical / Production Engineer
Experience: 0–2 years
Location: [Add Location]
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring production processes.
Support day-to-day operations in molding, finishing, and inspection areas.
Work with senior engineers to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
Troubleshoot basic mechanical and production-related issues.
Coordinate with different departments (QC, Maintenance, Stores) for smooth workflow.

Requirements

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and machinery.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
