Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge, based in Goa. The candidate will oversee the daily operations of the production unit, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include managing production teams, ensuring quality control, maintaining compliance with safety standards, optimizing manufacturing efficiency, and addressing production issues promptly. Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless workflow is also essential.
Requirements:
