We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Chemist to manage quality control in our milk and high-protein dairy production unit. You’ll ensure every batch meets our nutritional, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct protein tests (Kjeldahl / rapid methods) for raw milk, in-process, and finished products. Monitor yogurt parameters (pH, protein %, SNF, etc.). Verify fat/SNF balance and platform quality checks for incoming milk. Maintain accurate lab records, calibrations, and compliance with FSSAI/BIS. Support NPD trials and shelf-life studies for protein-rich products. Requirements: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Dairy Technology, or Food Science. 1–3 years in dairy QA/QC (protein testing experience preferred). Familiar with FSSAI standards, Kjeldahl testing, and routine milk analysis. Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts. Responsible for creation, testing, and launch of new products. Works closely with the production and quality. Simultaneously take a dual role of quality. Preferred Experience in - RTD - Long shelf life (Dairy and Non- Dairy) Ice Creams Fresh Dairy Key Roll Support in developing and testing new product recipes and concepts. Conduct trials at the kitchen or plant level. Document formulations, processes, and trial results accurately. Coordinate with suppliers for ingredients, samples, and technical details. Requirements: Interest or experience in food, pastry, dairy, or related fields. Good documentation skills. Basic knowledge of ingredients and production processes. Must have basic testing skill set, along with eduction background in food technology.
