QC Chemist - Dairy

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Chemist to manage quality control in our milk and high-protein dairy production unit. You’ll ensure every batch meets our nutritional, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct protein tests (Kjeldahl / rapid methods) for raw milk, in-process, and finished products.
• Monitor yogurt parameters (pH, protein %, SNF, etc.).
• Verify fat/SNF balance and platform quality checks for incoming milk.
• Maintain accurate lab records, calibrations, and compliance with FSSAI/BIS.
• Support NPD trials and shelf-life studies for protein-rich products.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Dairy Technology, or Food Science.
• 1–3 years in dairy QA/QC (protein testing experience preferred).
• Familiar with FSSAI standards, Kjeldahl testing, and routine milk analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts.
