SQL Developer

As an SQL Developer (Corporate Title: AS) at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will be a part of the Legal CIO sub-domain for the DExTR programme. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the Enterprise Contract Management system aimed at supporting the legal department in negotiating, drafting, managing, and storing contracts efficiently. The objective of the project is to streamline the creation and amendments of legal documents, automate contract generation, enrich metadata, and enforce data quality through Document Assembly technology. Additionally, you will integrate negotiation workflow, document assembly, and document automation with standard desktop applications like MS Word and MS Outlook to enhance the user experience and facilitate the adoption of the application. The Legal CIO department, within which you will be working, is responsible for managing legal risk, protecting the bank's culture, integrity, and reputation. The department is fully independent from the Business Divisions and reports directly to the Management Board. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and optimizing complex SQL queries, procedures, and views for data extraction and transformation. You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, build and manage Query pipelines and ETL processes, and ensure data validation and quality assurance on SQL outputs and visualizations. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Extensive experience in SQL development, relational databases (Oracle), and data distribution techniques is required. Hands-on experience in creating data visualization and reports in Tableau and SAP BO is essential, along with knowledge of Cloud technologies, preferably GCP. Additionally, familiarity with Java Programming, Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and version controlling tools like GIT and VCS will be beneficial.
