SQL Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SQL/SSIS Developer with at least 2 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SQL Server databases and SSIS packages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, ETL processes, and data integration. You will work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient loading and transformation of data.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases and SSIS packages.

Create complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views to support data transformation and extraction.

Develop and implement ETL processes using SSIS to load data from various sources into the data warehouse.

Data Integration:

Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and business needs.

Integrate data from various sources, including flat files, databases, and web services.

Ensure data quality and integrity through thorough testing and validation processes.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in SQL Server database development and SSIS.

Proven experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using SSIS.

Strong knowledge of T-SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Skills:

Proficient in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT).

Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

Familiarity with other ETL tools and data integration technologies is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

Experience with cloud-based data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue) ."
