SQL Developer

As a Team Member at the company, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities related to database management and analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Extract, analyze, transform & load client data in different formats/sources to the database. - Design, build, modify, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable database objects and reports including queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views according to business needs. - Generate and update database model(s) and diagrams. - Maintain the data dictionary and other technical documentation. - Ensure code quality and optimize database performance. - Collaborate with client teams to understand their requirements and provide effective technical solutions. - Perform database tuning and optimization to enhance performance and scalability. - Document processes, models, designs, and solutions for clear understanding and knowledge sharing within the team. - Actively participate in meetings and discussions with client teams to gather requirements and offer technical insights. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong command over SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation. - Experience with popular database management systems such as MS SQL Server. - Ability to design, develop, and implement efficient database structures and data models. - Knowledge of optimizing SQL queries and database structures for improved performance and scalability. - Familiarity with techniques like indexing, query tuning, and execution plan analysis to optimize SQL queries. - Experience in integrating data from various sources and ensuring data consistency and accuracy through ETL pipelines and Python tools. - Understanding of database security principles and implementing appropriate access controls and data protection measures.
