Job Purpose: Job Purpose: Background about Unnati : 􀀀 In 2003, Unnati started the skill development program with guaranteed placements for the under privileged youth aged 18 to 25 years 􀀀 In 2018, Unnati started UNXT program for the final year Govt colleges (Degree / ITI / Polytechnic) youth across the streams (Arts, Commerce, Science) to make them job ready and help them to get jobs 􀀀 In 2022-2023, Unnati achieved training of over 25k youth across 7 states 􀀀 In 2023-2024, Unnati touched the magical figures of 1 L youth across 12 states About Unnati Foundation : 􀀀 SGBS Unnati Foundation (SUF) was formed in 2011 as an NGO (Not-for-profit Organization) 􀀀 SUF is funded by Sponsors for its activities 􀀀 SUF with its excellent discipline in all areas of management, is a very trusted NGO 􀀀 First NGO to get listed in the Social Stock Exchange in year 2023 and well recognized by the government (RBI & SEBI) 􀀀 UNXT program helps to improve the employability & success skills : 􀀀 English Communication 􀀀 Soft skills 􀀀 Next Generation skills 􀀀 Values & attitude 􀀀 Interview skills 􀀀 Build confidence 􀀀 Unnati has approvals from the Govt through a MOU to conduct classes in Govt colleges for final years 􀀀 ChangeMakers need to approach the colleges in their hired location, brief college authorities about the program 􀀀 Impart the training to the college students in College premises ONLY in their locations (cities) 􀀀 This training is conducted free of cost to the students & we do not charge anything to the Colleges also 􀀀 Conduct training in batches to make a positive impact on the students and transform them 􀀀 Curriculum, training to deliver contents, process & methodology will be provided during your training (BAC) 􀀀 Change Makers are compensated adequately for their services : 􀀀 You will be on the rolls of the organization with PF, ESI & Gratuity 􀀀 Attractive Performance Bonus on achieving targets 􀀀 On receipt of the Offer letter 􀀀 Identify & visit minimum 3 Govt colleges in and around of 30 km radius from your hired location 􀀀 Collect the required details about these colleges 􀀀 Update the collected details in a google form (link) 􀀀 One of the Functional Managers (Frontliners) from Head office, Bangalore will be contacting & provide this link to you - Above is mandatory to attend offline (BAC) training 􀀀 UNXT BAC (Become A Change Maker) training for the new Change Makers : 􀀀 6 days online program. Can be taken in their respective location 􀀀 20 days of offline training at Bangalore Head Office Unnati Centre 􀀀 Training to cover the Curriculum, Process & Methodologies 􀀀 Accommodation & Food given free of cost 􀀀 Separate Men’ & Women’ Hostel available close by the Unnati Centre 􀀀 Stipend will be provided once the batch is started 􀀀 To & From 3-tier AC travel reimbursement from the hired location 􀀀 Target & Performance Bonus for the current financial year will be announced during the BAC training 􀀀 Change Makers will be assigned a Functional Manager (Frontliner) to guide & monitor in performing the role 􀀀 After offline training in Bangalore & once you go back to your hired location - Need to contact the Principals of the identified Colleges - Explain to Principals & Placement Officers (TPOs) about our program showing the MOU & Curriculum - Get permission from the Principal to conduct the program - Form the batches and deliver the program to the final year students - Each batch should consist of minimum 30 and maximum of 40 students - Need to conduct 2 batches minimum per day without compromising on quality; Can do 3 batches per day also, if possible - If student strength is high, possible to deliver all batches in one college itself , else need to deliver in multiple colleges What to deliver in UNXT Program: 􀀀 30 days, 3hrs per session (per batch) 􀀀 Facilitate blended learning for youth through our software 􀀀 Facilitate psychometric analysis through our software 􀀀 Facilitate updation of students’ profile in Udhyogam (Placement) portal to ensure the youth to get jobs 􀀀 Interact with head office in Bangalore and keep them updated on the activities and provide data 􀀀 ChangeMakers play a key role in the success of the UNXT program 􀀀 Changemakers get job satisfaction & happiness, can become a Social Entrepreneur with added experience & skills AREYOU READY FOR THIS ROLE TO TRANSFORMTHE LIVESOF STUDENTS ???
