The ideal candidate should have knowledge of insurance processes and will be responsible for coordinating with insurance providers, handling claims, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The TPA Executive will be responsible for handling pre-authorization, coordinating with patients and insurance companies, managing documentation for insurance claims, and ensuring smooth claim processing in line with TPA and hospital protocols.   Roles and Responsibilities: - Submit the Pre-Authorization form as per guidelines. - Coordinate with patients regarding insurance-related queries and documents. - Liaise with insurance companies to resolve approval-related issues. - Verify insurance policy terms, sum assured, and prepare claims accordingly. - Follow up with the concerned TPA for timely claim approvals. - Upload Pre-Auth forms and all necessary documents on the hospital portal. - Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution. - Respond to TPA queries and manage relevant email communication.
