Job Description

As a Soft Skills Trainer at our company, you will play a crucial role in empowering both employees and customers to excel in a global environment. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting New Hire Training on Soft Skills, including pre-process training with pre and post assessments - Providing ongoing support to new hires during the process training phase - Aligning consistently with operations by auditing calls, chats, and emails - Assisting recruitment teams in evaluating candidates" communication skills during interviews - Conducting refresher training in English based on identified needs - Innovating training methods by incorporating floor requirements into the curriculum - Delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various soft skills topics - Assessing participants" needs, progress, and skill levels while offering constructive feedback - Offering one-on-one coaching to improve soft skills and customer-centricity - Collaborating with stakeholders to customize training programs as needed - Cultivating a culture of customer-centricity and service excellence - Managing resources effectively to optimize training outcomes Additionally, you will be required to: - Possess a graduate degree - Have at least 2.5 years of experience as a Soft Skills/Communication Trainer in International Customer Service - Hold a certification in training or a related field (TTT certification is a plus) - Demonstrate a strong understanding of key soft skills and customer-centricity principles - Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Tailor training programs to different audiences and learning styles - Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills - Be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Develop and deliver virtual training sessions for teams - Collaborate with stakeholders effectively and manage training programs efficiently - Be proficient in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, and PowerPoint - Adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment This full-time position may require you to work day, morning, night, or rotational shifts. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
