Specialist - Technical Training

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to educate Flex employees on all aspects of a company's supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Your role will involve ensuring staff are proficient in managing the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, optimizing efficiency, and minimizing costs across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including all functions of GBS-GPSC such as Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Master Data Management, etc. - Experience working in a supply chain environment, preferably with hands-on knowledge of relevant systems and processes. - Ability to create comprehensive training modules covering various supply chain functions for all grades, including theoretical concepts and practical applications. - Conduct classroom/virtual sessions, hands-on workshops, and e-learning programs to train employees at different levels within the supply chain, from Entry-level staff to Managers. - Willingness to work on flexible shifts on a rotational basis. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in Manufacturing operations, Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Logistics, etc. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training to diverse audiences. - Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Education: Bachelors Degree or Engineering Graduates. - Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
