Specialist - Technical Training

As a Specialist Technical Training at Flex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to educate Flex employees on all aspects of the company's supply chain operations. This includes procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Your role will involve ensuring that staff are proficient in managing the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, optimizing efficiency, and minimizing costs across the supply chain. You should possess a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, particularly in functions such as Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Master Data Management within GBS-GPSC. Previous experience in a supply chain environment is preferred, along with hands-on knowledge of relevant systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive training modules that cover various supply chain functions for employees at all levels, from entry-level staff to managers. This will involve a combination of classroom sessions, virtual workshops, hands-on training, and e-learning programs. To excel in this role, you should have 5-7 years of experience in Manufacturing operations, Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Logistics, or related fields. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential to effectively deliver training to diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills will be required to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. A Bachelor's Degree or Engineering Graduation is mandatory, along with knowledge of computer software applications such as MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
