Job Description

Manage DFMEA plans for projects, subgroups, and modules.
Lead and guide the DFMEA team through the analysis process, ensuring proper application of FMEA methodology.
Identify potential failure modes, their effects, and causes, and evaluate severity, occurrence, and detection with the DFMEA team.
Ensure identified risks are addressed and mitigated.
Track implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
