Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure litigations are in favour of the company by constant check on litigation stages, attending litigation, providing legal inputs & ensure for positive results.
Compliance obligations pertaining with employer towards contract labour law to ensure not a single litigation & observation to be pointed out by any appropriate inspection authority or any legal auditor.
Attending labour issues at the labour office.
Coordinate worker mediclaim policy, timely send reportable accident report to Indl. Health & safety, communication with hospitals and settling hospital bills.
Coordinate Workmen's Compensation policy and settle the claim.
To Co-ordinate IR issues & take disciplinary action of habitual absent & Sleeping cases, preparation of warning letter, show cause, chargesheet & conducting domestic enquiry & counselling of workmen for sleeping cases, habitual absenteeism.
Coordinate/ help management in wage negotiation / wage agreement of workers.
Daily round / visit of canteen & resolve the grievances of workmen as well as canteen workmen.
Assist HR head in all gamut of HR activities.
Awareness session to the workers about standing order, rule, regulations policies of the company.
Keep records of all the activities done for welfare management.
Develop good practice on the production floor to ensure a better working place.
