Job Description

As a Specialist - People Tech Analytics, you will drive the implementation, optimization, and integration of HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and employee experience. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless system operations, drive adoption, and support the future roadmap of HR Tech. Responsibilities HR Tech Strategy Implementation: Execute the vision of a unified HR Tech ecosystem by ensuring seamless system integrations. Support in evaluating and selecting new HR technologies that align with business needs. Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations. System Management Optimization: Oversee and manage HR technology platforms (e.g., HRMS, LMS, PMS, Compensation Engagement tools). Guide system admins to create an integrated and optimized functionality for respective platforms. Ensure HR systems integrate smoothly with enterprise applications/tools. Partner with IT and security teams to maintain data privacy and system security. Process Improvement Adoption: Work with HRBPs and leadership to identify process improvement opportunities. Drive adoption of self-service HR modules and enhance user experience. Leverage HR tech to automate manual processes and improve efficiency. Vendor Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance. Partner with HR and leadership to define system enhancements based on business needs. Experience Qualifications Bachelors degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience in analytics, preferably in the HR domain and Tech Industry. Hands-on experience on HRMS tools like Darwin Box, Workday, SAP HCM, etc. Skills HR Tech Strategy Execution - Expertise in designing and implementing a unified HR Tech ecosystem. HRMS, LMS, and PMS Proficiency - Experience with platforms like Darwinbox, Workday, and SAP HR, along with system integrations. System Implementation Upgrades - Leading enhancements, upgrades, and new deployments across multiple HR platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partnering with HRBPs, IT, and business leaders to align HR tech initiatives with organizational goals. Data Privacy Compliance - Strong understanding of security protocols, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in HR technology. User Adoption Experience - Driving the adoption of self-service HR modules and improving the overall user experience. Process Automation Efficiency - Implementing automation to enhance HR operations and streamline processes. Vendor Management Technical Support - Managing HR tech vendors and troubleshooting technical issues to optimize system performance. HR Tech Integration Expertise - Experience in integrating HR systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
