• Manage and maintain server infrastructure (Windows, Linux) including hardware and operating systems.
  

• Administer and troubleshoot virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  

• Monitor system performance and availability, responding to alerts and resolving issues.
  

• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  

• Manage and secure Azure Active Directory and identity management systems.
  

• Automate routine tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Graph API and Microsoft Power Applications).
  

• Experience in Azure, Okta (SSO and provisioning mechanisms) and RBAC.
  

• Participate in infrastructure projects, including planning, implementation, and documentation.
  

• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for infrastructure-related issues.
  

• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
  

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in infrastructure management.
  

• Advanced Skillsets towards MDM(both Intune and Jamf Pro) - Package and Policy deployments.
  

• Networking concepts, Azure Virtual networking experience is an added advantage.
  

• Experienced in IAM security concepts and Privileged identity management.
  

Qualifications

• Intermediate understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux distributions).
  

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure VDIs).
  

• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  

• Experience with Azure Active Directory administration.
  

• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash).
  

• Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies.
  

• Experience with monitoring tools,incident management and change management.
  

• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose infrastructure-related issues.
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
