Specialist, IT Applications-Business Partner

You will be responsible for interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending best practices to enhance products, processes, or services. You will be expected to solve complex problems by taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. Working independently, you will receive guidance only in the most complex situations. Your work will have an impact on the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives, guided by department objectives. Effective communication of complex concepts, anticipating potential objections, and influencing others to adopt a different point of view will be critical aspects of the role. Success in this position is contingent upon meeting specific business requirements for progression to this level. You will not have any supervisory responsibilities. This role requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in your specialized area and a general understanding of related areas. You may lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Leading others to solve complex problems by using analytical thinking, tools, and judgment to identify innovative solutions will be a key part of your responsibilities.
