Job Description

Profile- Specialist - Institutional Sales

Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports to: Head of Sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in Institutional/Enterprise Sales, ideally in EV, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large-scale institutional or enterprise deals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
  • Strong network of corporate and institutional stakeholders (preferred).
  • Business acumen with the ability to manage regional growth and P&L accountability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven professional with a leadership mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Institutional Sales strategy for the North Zone to achieve ambitious growth and revenue targets.
  • Acquire and develop business with corporates, real estate developers, hospitality groups, and large commercial establishments.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and client engagement to solution design, negotiations, and closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, and service) to ensure smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and policy developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to the Sales Head.
