Job Title: Specialist - Co-Pilot Studio Customization & Azure AI Foundry Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in Co-Pilot Studio Customization & Azure AI Foundry to design, develop, and implement intelligent AI solutions using Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio. This role focuses on crafting seamless conversational experiences, integrating with real-world data sources, and optimizing AI-driven microservices to enhance business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom topics, entities, and dialog flows within Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio. Craft intuitive and user-centric conversational experiences that guide users effectively and deliver desired results. Integrate Co-Pilot instances with various data sources, backend systems, and APIs for rich, context-aware interactions. Leverage Co-Pilot Studio's capabilities to customize UI, behavior, and logic for tailored AI assistant experiences. Rigorously test and iterate on Co-Pilot implementations to ensure functionality, reliability, and high user satisfaction. Create clear and concise documentation including design specs, user guides, and troubleshooting materials. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into working Co-Pilot features. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive ongoing improvements and optimizations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Co-Pilot functionality, integrations, or performance. Stay up-to-date and implement the latest Co-Pilot Studio features and best practices . Develop intelligent AI agents and microservices that automate workflows, answer user queries, and perform contextual actions by integrating generative AI models with real-world tools and data. Oversee AI application performance , resource utilization, and access governance across various environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio or similar low-code/no-code AI platforms. Strong understanding of conversational design principles and dialog flow architecture. Experience in API integration , backend connectivity, and real-time data interaction. Familiarity with Azure AI services , AI agents, and microservices development. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams . Excellent documentation and communication skills .
