About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us in building a stellar team on the ground by hiring and retaining right team.

You will play a key role in strengthening employee experience, supporting HR programs, and partnering with teams to shape a strong organizational culture:

Talent Acquisition:

- Identify hiring needs - Collaborate with managers to understand workforce requirements.

- Create job descriptions - Draft and post clear, compelling, and accurate job listings.

- Source candidates - Use job boards, social media, databases, and networking to find suitable candidates.

- Screen applicants - Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist potential hires.

- Coordinate interviews - Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

- Ensure smooth onboarding

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

- Gather employee feedback through surveys and check-ins; recommend action plans based on insights.

HR Operations & Policy Compliance:

- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Interpret and apply company policies, ensuring consistency.

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience in employee engagement, HR operations, or generalist roles.

- Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.

- High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
