Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Audit VKYC calls and video recordings as per defined parameters and compliance checklists.
Validate the authenticity of customer documents and the agents adherence to RBI/SEBI/KYC norms.
Ensure customer verification is done correctly without any manipulation or fraud.
Identify non-compliance issues and flag them to the concerned team.
Provide feedback to agents and suggest process improvements.
Maintain records of audited calls and findings for audit trails.
Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure consistent VKYC quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
9 months to 3 years of experience in KYC, Video KYC
Good understanding of KYC norms and compliance frameworks
Attention to detail with excellent observation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of fraud detection and risk management.
Knowledge in MS Excel
