Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit VKYC calls and video recordings as per defined parameters and compliance checklists.
  • Validate the authenticity of customer documents and the agents adherence to RBI/SEBI/KYC norms.
  • Ensure customer verification is done correctly without any manipulation or fraud.
  • Identify non-compliance issues and flag them to the concerned team.
  • Provide feedback to agents and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain records of audited calls and findings for audit trails.
  • Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure consistent VKYC quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 9 months to 3 years of experience in KYC, Video KYC
  • Good understanding of KYC norms and compliance frameworks
  • Attention to detail with excellent observation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of fraud detection and risk management.
  • Knowledge in MS Excel
