Role Overview: As a member of the FIS team, you will play a crucial role in managing commercial contracts, overseeing invoicing processes, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Your responsibilities will include conducting commercial reviews, approving invoices, managing change requests, creating Purchase Orders (PO), and overseeing the receiving of Service Entry Sheets (SES) in Oracle. Additionally, you will lead and mentor the invoicing team to ensure high performance and professional development. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct commercial reviews of contracts to ensure accuracy of invoicing terms - Approve invoices based on contractual clauses and ensure timely processing - Review and assess new change requests related to contracts - Manage the creation of Purchase Orders (PO) in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies - Oversee the receiving of Service Entry Sheets (SES) in Oracle, ensuring proper documentation and processing - Lead and mentor the invoicing team, providing guidance and support for high performance Qualifications Required: - Master of Finance or related field - Minimum of 10 years of experience in invoicing, contract management, or a related role - Strong understanding of commercial contracts and invoicing processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to manage and lead a team - Effective communication and interpersonal skills Additional Company Details: At FIS, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of fintech and be part of a collaborative work environment.
