About this opportunity:
Service Professional has the responsibility of Network Planning, Design & Optimization for Enterprise network(s).The role also includes being able to analyse customer requirements, to build Futuristic solutions using Ericsson/Multivendor products. SP would be responsible to deliver global Planning, Design Optimization Projects Performed within the domain.
What you will do:
Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project towards the MA including Enterprise deliveries.
Designing all network interfaces as per the network architecture/growth & capacity requirements.
In-depth knowledge of ILL, FTTH, GPON & SD-WAN planning and service delivery.
Strong understanding of L2/L3 MPLS design, routing, and traffic engineering. Experience with SIP-Trunk solutions.
Hands-on experience in SD-WAN planning, deployment, and optimization.
Proficiency in network management and performance monitoring tools.
Ability to work on global projects in a multi-vendor and multi-technology environment. Responsible for Risk Monitoring, Change Management, Budget/Cost monitoring & reporting data
Strong ILL, FTTH, GPON & SD-WAN fundamentals in Planning, Design and Optimization.
Senior subject matter expertise on operator network and understanding.
Strong Technical Knowledge on Fiber/IP Domain.
A detailed knowledge of Ericsson’s/ multivendor existing and future product/ services portfolio, roadmap information and system integration practices
Very good collaboration skills in solving network related issues both internally and towards customers.
Hands on experience on PBX, PABX, IP PBX, FXO/FXS, SIP Lines, and SIP Trunks
Good on experience on Cloud architecture (NFV/NFVi)
The skills you bring:
7-9 years industry experience with excellent
Good Communication skills.
Extensive experience in Network Planning, Design, and Optimization within Enterprise Networks, covering both Ericsson and multivendor environments.
Worked as a end to end solution architect for Large/multivendor network.
Leads large engineering teams addressing multiple markets performing analytical, investigative, and/or design activities related to wireless communication systems including but not limited to ILL, FTTH, GPON or SD-WAN.
Strong Optical/Fiber as well as end to end IP networking knowledge
Certifications: Optical/Fiber Certification, IP certifications
Preparing technical solutions and SoC (Statement of Compliance) for RFP.
Should have experience of troubleshooting.
