HOW DOES YOUR WORKDAY LOOK LIKE

Sr. Analyst - Technical Consolidation

This role will support in the consolidation of UPL Ltd. with its subsidiaries. it will undertake the accounting of associates and joint ventures, profitability analysis, variance analysis, intercompany eliminations and handle audit for consolidated financials.

• Preparation of quarterly Interim financial statements under IFRS / Ind AS
• Drafting the disclosures forming part of financial statements under IFRS / Ind AS
• Drafting of technical accounting memos for complex accounting issues
• Interaction with statutory auditors for queries relating to financial statements and technical accounting issues.
• Preparation of accounting manual / SOPs for key accounting areas
• Support senior management in preparation of training material as per IFRS / Ind AS

MAIN STAKEHOLDERS

Finance controllers, Treasury, Marketing, Procurement

REQUIREMENTS

• CA with 4-6+ years of experience
• Ability to analyze and create complex data in Excel and has worked in SAP
• Moderate knowledge of IFRS / Ind AS
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Preferably Agro Chemical/Pharma Industry

WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU:

• 3+ years’ experience in the Consolidation of accounts of at least 50+ entities within the group.
• Experience of working in SAP, BW, and BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation Module in SAP).
• Decent understanding of IFRS standards and audit of Consolidated accounts.
